Message increment in 5th gear. Pretty easy to figure, just run your car at 2500 RPM then at 3000 RPM. Whatever the speed difference is, that's what the difference would be going from 6500 to 7000 RPM. It's a constant ratio - double your RPM, double your speed... How much power you need is a different story, that's not linear...
